It has been reported that Mazda’s new shape for the next generation Mazda 6 wagon has been spotted and there is evidence to prove it in the spy shots above and below. Until now, the new vehicle has been kept under wraps by the auto maker.
Although in full camouflage, one can quite easily see Mazda’s new Kodo design language that has been incorporated.
According to Car Buzz the new design, while in keeping with that of the CX-5, also gives the car a more aggressive and sporty look with a larger grille, swept back headlights and boosted wheel arches.
Along with this new exterior comes a full suite of Skyactiv fuel saving technologies that will include the Skyactiv-D Clean diesel engine, good for 165hp and 300lb-ft of torque and be the first Mazda to be equipped with regenerative braking.
The Mazda6 wagon is expected to make its debut at the Moscow Motor Show in August.
