New Rolls-Royce Phantom Spotted In Traffic Looking Larger Than Life

If you had trouble figuring out just how massive the all-new Phantom is compared to your everyday regular car, these images should offer some perspective.

This example was seen on the streets of Berlin recently, and Autogespot user LuxurySpottings was on location to capture it both on the move as well as stationary, parked behind an old Audi A3.

As you can see, the Phantom appears to be properly gigantic, so much so that you might wonder why Rolls-Royce felt the need to build an SUV as well. Then again, everyone, from Bentley to Lamborghini to Aston Martin, is entering the luxury SUV segment, which also is very lucrative – and that’s good business, no matter what purists might say. Only Ferrari and McLaren maintain that they won’t get involved, but you never know…

Anyhow, the all-new Phantom is powered by a new twin-turbocharged 6.75-liter V12 producing 571 PS (563 HP) and 900 Nm (663 lb-ft) of torque. It also packs over 130 kg (286 lbs) of sound insulation, two 12.3-inch displays, laser headlights, plus a variety of different features and customization options that make it the most luxurious car in the world.
