The V-Class is a full size MPV that is naturally aimed at families, shuttle drivers or tour guides and soccer moms – the perfect way to drive around 8 kids.
Mercedes’ new baby offers you all the function of a MPV, alongside some serious luxury and smart, innovative technology. Some of it’s key features include a system that helps to keep the car straight while driving ins throng crosswinds, a touchpad control system for infotainment purposes, a (very handy) 360-degree camera and additional parking aids, and, believe it or not, a system that will detect if the driver is nodding off on those long road trips. Very, very clever.
At the time of launch, the V-class will only be available with one engine; a 2.1 liter turbo diesel beast. However, different outputs will be made available in the form of 136 horsepower, 163 and 190.
Mercedes is also planning a more rugged version, which will most likely be an updated version of the popular Vito.
