Nissan Delta Wing debuts at Le Mans 24 Hr

The Nissan Delta Wing has made its debut on the track on the test day of the Le Mans 24 Hour, last week.

The Delta Wing uses a Nissan sourced 1.6-litre DIG-T (Direct Injection Gasoline – Turbocharged) engine that generates 300hp (224 kW / 304 PS) and will feature technology that will eventually find its way into the brand’s street legal cars.

In April, Nissan released the first in a series of videos documenting the step-by-step development of the experimental race car project.
