Lexus, with their new sports appeal, is aimed at making a competitive strut against BMW’s 3 Series and Benz C Class of vehicles with the next Lexus IS. What is slated to be the starting design of the new 2014 Lexus IS, is the LF-CC Concept previewed ahead its official debut at the Paris Motor Show.

The Lexus LF-CC Concept features the brand’s L-finesse design language and spindle grill. Most notable is its two doors, something that will potentially position the new Lexus IS in-line with the current Benz C Class Coupe and BMW 3 Series Coupe. Of course we will expect to see a new IS Sedan with a Coupe variant, both versions having rear-wheel-drive. The new 2014 Lexus IS is set to offer an all-new 2.5-liter 4-cylinder hybrid powertrain using both direct-injecting and the Atkinson cycle.

Lexus is well on its way to offering more engaging vehicles for enthusiasts without departing from its traditional luxury conservatism and astounding quality. Expect to see the new Lexus LF-CC Concept on display at the upcoming Paris Motor Show next week (starting September 27, 2012).
