James Small joins the Rogue Rally Team

Rogue Rally, the 2500kms super car road trip has announced that former Springbok rugby player, James Small is joining the management team.

“James has taken a stake in BAM the augmented reality, eventing and activation specialists that own the Rogue Rally,” says BAM and Rogue Rally CEO Mark Castel. His role will be that of facilitator and enabler. According to Castel, Small will look after new business and sponsorship affairs with particular attention on key accounts.

The Rogue Rally which takes place from 16 -22 June 2013 is almost 50% subscribed. “I was sold on the concept as soon as I saw the pitch. The opportunity for owners of supercars to use their cars in high-speed runs on Hakskeen pan, the Phakisa Raceway and on a closed mountain pass is amazing. I can’t think of any other event that will let you extract so much value from your investment, in a supercar,” says Small.

The Rogue Rally takes 50 supercar owners on a 2500+kms road trip over the course of a week. The trip is punctuated with special stages and events that will give drivers the opportunity to use their cars as the designers intended.
